Most people around the world doesn’t need a flagship phone. They need a phone, simple math. I still know people around me that use a basic phone, not smartphone. For these people around 60-70 years old are cheap Nokias perfect.

That’s what I call last seizure before death. No to trash the newest Exynos chips, but when you damaged your reputation by putting a worse performing Exynos in the same phone for some regions, this is the reputation you get for your product :)).
